This policy explains what information DesiCoding collects through this website, why we collect it, and the choices you have.
What we collect
When you fill in one of our forms we receive the details you type in, such as:
- your name, email address and WhatsApp number (used only to reply to your enquiry);
- project details, deadlines and team needs (project owners);
- skills, experience, availability and portfolio or LinkedIn links (freelancers);
- your level and goals (DSA training), or your college, chosen plan and intended use (Claude on rent).
Our servers also briefly process your IP address to block spam and abuse. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
How we use it
- to reply to your enquiry and provide the service you asked about;
- to match freelancers with suitable work;
- to keep the website secure.
We do not sell your information or share it with anyone for marketing.
Who processes it
We use trusted providers to run this site: website hosting, a managed database where enquiries are stored, and an email service that notifies our team. They process data only on our behalf.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries for as long as needed to respond and work with you, and delete them when they are no longer needed or when you ask us to.
